Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry! We are here to help you.
  • Returns and exchanges can be made within a window of 7 days from receiving the product.
  • We only offer exchanges, and there are no refunds.
  • Additional exchanges/returns are subject to a freight charge of a minimum of ₹250.
  • Please note that free exchanges are not applicable if the products are bought during any SALE period.
  • All returns are subject to a freight charge of ₹200.
  • We do not accept returns for exchange orders. However, exchange orders may be further exchanged, with additional charges applicable.
  • Free exchanges are not applicable for products purchased during SALE periods, and they are subject to a freight charge. The freight charge is a minimum of ₹150 for 0.5 kg, ₹250 for 1 kg, with an additional ₹100 for every 0.5 kg increase in weight.
  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your area’s pin code and may vary based on current conditions.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should be in its original packaging and have the original tag still attached.
  • If you exchange a product for one that costs less, exchanges are released by the team. If the exchanged product costs more, you can pay the difference using cash on delivery, net banking, or store credit.
  • We allow size exchanges for products, but all exchanges are subject to the availability of the product.
  • All disputes related to non-delivery or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.

How to Create Your Return/Exchange:

  • Register with us when placing your order. Log in to your account after receiving your order. Go to Orders and click on “Return & Exchange.” Select the product you wish to exchange. Choose the reason for the exchange from the dropdown menu. Upload photos (if necessary). Submit your request.
